Student Orientation

Orientation Workshops

Orientation is your opportunity as a student to get better prepared for your post-secondary journey.  There are many factors inside and outside of school to consider in addition to your course studies.  Each new school year, we host Lunch & Learn Orientation Workshops with our local high school students here in Wiikwemkoong.  These sessions will be recorded through ZOOM and will be posted here throughout the year.  If you are a new applicant and live off-reserve, please take advantage of these resources to get yourself more prepared in all aspects of life including budgeting, school/city resources, self-care, bursaries/scholarships, and so on.

We also have a link to the Transitions program by ONECA.  This offers similar and other resources.  So please have a look and enjoy!
