The Wiikwemkoong Board of Education invites tenders for the supply of wood pellets to the following locations from October 06, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The following places are located on the: WIIKWEMKOONG UNCEDED TERRITORY
Wiikwemkoong Junior School 40 metric ton (1000kg)
2235 Wikwemikong Way
Wiikwemkoong High School 80 metric ton (1000kg)
34 Henry Street
Tenders must include the following:
Current Price per Metric Ton _____ cents per Metric Ton
Less Discount _____ cents per Metric Ton
Current Price Delivered _____ cents per Metric Ton

Supplier must deliver wood pellets in bulk that meet or exceed ENplus A1 quality standards and delivered pneumatically directly into final storage container. Connections must be compatible for 4” supply hose on delivery truck. Successful tender may be called upon for delivery on weekends/holidays as needed. Lowest or any tender will not be necessarily accepted. Tenders must be received at the Wiikwemkoong Board of Education Office prior to: June 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
